Locked out Google account. Renamed via Google Workspace, password reset emails not arriving

My Trello account uses Google SSO and is registered to the gmail domain (@gmail.com). I set up Google Workspace at a custom domain and renamed that Google account to use the new domain (same underlying Google identity). Now:

  • Signing in with Google as the account triggers the "finish signup" flow instead of recognizing my existing account
  • Password reset emails to either the original or new domain never arrive (I tested deliverability separately — both inboxes receives other mail fine, so I suspect the address is potentially on an email suppression list)
  • I have NOT completed any new signup, to avoid creating a duplicate account

Could someone please advise me on how to proceed? I'm adding this question under a separate account since I can't access my main one. Thank you

Welcome to the community.

If you address is on a suppression list, you need to reach out to Atlassian Support ot have this chekced and removed.

Here on the the community forum we can't do these kind of actions.
