Kudos points for some of the badges are not being updated

Dear All.

Some of the widgets they are stubborn and not being updated despite fulfilling the requirements many times, like bookmark, and some others.

I want to know who do I contact if widgets are not being updated?

Hi @AS,

I have shared this question with someone from the Atlassian Community team to either have her get in touch with you or let me know who will be the best person to talk to.
Until then, I know that some of these issues got fixed in the meantime, such as the Bookmark badge (which I personally also didn't receive at first).

And maybe this question isn't even up to date anymore as it's already a few months old?
