Jira software integration with Azure B2C for SSO

Hi All

I have the following requirements regarding Jira's integration with Azure B2C for user authentication:

1. Integration with Azure B2C for SSO:

   • Can Jira integrate with Azure B2C to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality?

   • If yes, what is the recommended approach or configuration to achieve successful integration?

2. User Management Requirements:

   • Internal users must be authenticated using SSO via Azure B2C.

   • External users should authenticate using their username and password along with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

3. Capabilities of the Integration:

   • If integration is possible, what specific features can we leverage with Azure B2C (e.g., user group mapping, role-based access, etc.)?

4. Alternative Solutions:

   • If Azure B2C integration is not feasible, are there any alternative methods or best practices to achieve the above requirements within Jira?
