Every time I try to log in to Loom, I get this message (attached below), and this has started happening when Atlassian took over the company. It is really annoying as I am a paying customer and can't even access my account.
Additionally, I am unable to create a ticket/ report the issue, as the message does not send when I try to send it. The ticket states that we are having a problem creating this ticket.
I would first like to say I understand your situation and apologize for the poor experience you've been having. I've reached out to the Loom team, and they're asking you submit a request to have this issue looked into, but through a different process. Can you please go through the following:
If you're still having issues and don't hear back by the end of the week please reach back out and let me know and we'll escalate this further.
