I am currently trying to update my email address from to . However, when I reach the final step "Update pending validations," I am prompted with the message:
"All we need to do is check your email to verify that it's you and then complete the update."
Unfortunately, I have not received the verification email at my new address (), even after multiple attempts to "Resend the email." Could you kindly investigate and let me know what might be causing this issue?

It’s possible that your new email address is on Atlassian’s email suppression list, which can prevent verification emails from being delivered. To resolve this, we’ll need to check and, if necessary, remove your email from the suppression list.
