I have been using the Jira Community for years with my company email, and I even took a certification exam. However, I no longer work at that company, and I would like to continue developing my skills in the Jira ecosystem without losing the progress and history I have already built.

Send an email to communitymanagers@atlassian.com to ask about having your community history moved to a new community account. I did that several years ago. The move wiped out everything in the new account, though. I don't know if the process has changed.
I don't know if the certifications can be changed to associate to your new account.
