If your account is suspended on Atlassian Answers what else is affected?

My friend who has been suspended on Atlassian Answers is also having difficulty when trying to login to developers.atlassian.com. Are the 2 sites connected?

Also, will this prevent my friend from buying stuff from my.atlassian.com?

Hi Thomas,

If an account on Atlassian Answers is suspended, it will not have any effect on any other Atlassian system. It relates purely to the Answers site itself.

https://developer.atlassian.com is not connected to Atlassian Answers. In fact, the developer site is unique in that only contributors on the site have any form of login access. So, it is normal for someone to not be able to login to that site, unless they have signed the forms to become a contributor to the documentation.

The suspension will also not effect purchasing from https://my.atlassian.com
