I' ve got an email that my organisation was deleted

Hello I' ve got an email that my organisation was deleted and that I should contact support wihtin 15d to recover it.
I have found no other place to contact support , so here is my

You might need to click "create Support Request" in the bottom right.

Thanks, but thereis no such button there, that's why I wrote to the community
