I need to update my email but cannot login due to no access to old email

I understand that you wish to update the email address associated with your Atlassian account, but currently do not have access to the email inbox linked to it.
If you remember your account password, you should be able to log in and update your email address directly. However, if you have forgotten your password, access to the original email inbox will be required in order to reset it.

I do remember my password, but when I want to login, after I type my password, a verification code is sent to my old work email, which is not accessible to me because I do not work there anymore. I have important private repositories at http://bitbucket.org/habilzare and I am the only admin
What is the solution? Is there a way for me to contact Atlassian staff and verify my identity so that my access is restored?
