Hi @Lorena Guerra Alcaide ,

Since you mentioned "not knowing what you did," it’s common to accidentally trigger a free trial when exploring features.

Quick Suggestion:

  • Which product? Is it Jira, Confluence, Trello, or something else mentioned in your email?
  • What's blocking you? Are you seeing an error message, or can you just not find the "Cancel" button?
  • Are you looking to permanently delete your entire Atlassian account?

Hi @Lorena Guerra Alcaide 

What do you need to cancel all your subscriptions,  you need to be an Organzation admin to do this via the "billing" option in admin.atlassian.com for your cloud instance.

Otherwise raise a ticket here, this requires you to be at least and admin of one of the cloud apps
