I need to cancel everything and I don't know what I did but I can´t. I need help.

What do you need to cancel all your subscriptions, you need to be an Organzation admin to do this via the "billing" option in admin.atlassian.com for your cloud instance.
Otherwise raise a ticket here, this requires you to be at least and admin of one of the cloud apps
