I need help deleting my account, but I haven't paid a single dollar and I am not part of any teams.

Your account can't be deleted because:

• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions.

But I have no teams that I'm a part of. Matter of fact, I deleted every team I was a part of. I haven't got any credit/debit card charged on it and it just keeps showing this even though I've double checked everything.

Hi @Nige 

The message you get is based you created the site and you are the sole admin, if you want to keep the site, transfer your permission to another user.

If this is not the case you need to raise an issue to have your site and account removed, see Atlassian Support
