I have two account both with a paid subsciption. I want to move one app to the other-How?

I created an atlassian account for Trello. Then before Loom was bought by Atlassian I had a subscription with them. Now I have two Atlassian accounts. One with Trello which is Domain verified, and the other which is connected to my gmail account for Loom which I have a subsciption. Which is the best way to merge these two? Can I transfer my Loom to my business account, and then close the gmail Atlassian account? How do I do that?
