I am logging using microsoft account.
Recently I have changed domain emails on my tenant. Now I can access jira but when I am trying to switch into Jira Administratino I receive error "access denied"

This looks like an account identity mismatch after the domain change. Even though you can log in via Microsoft, Atlassian likely treats you as a new user because the email domain was changed, while the admin permissions are still assigned to the old account/email. To restore admin access, you either need to add an email alias with the previous domain to your Microsoft accountand login to Atlassian with this alias account, or re-create and sign in with the old email identity and reassign admin permissions to the new one.
