I don't be able to sign in

Hello,

I don't be able to sign in to my account from chrome. If I start a private session I can sign in, but if I use the normal session in chrome I can't.

I have deleted all my cookies and navigation data and restart the chrome, but it's impossible to sign in.

Can you help me please?
