I cannot get a trial license

I was trying to get a trial license but I keep getting an error message

"Unknown error occured

An unknown error occured, please contact support."

I've installed JIRA service on my local pc

You should check your log to see if there is some information that can help you.

There was a post ajax request to retrieve license that failed, saying I need to be logged in. I tried to get a license from atlassian site directly and it worked just fine for me.
