I cannot delete my account

Hi I am trying to completely erase my account but seems I cannot do it

Please could you help me
This is what I get

You can't delete your account

Your account can't be deleted because:

• This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
• This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
• To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact.

Did you follow these instructions?  To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact.

Hi, I didn't as I have just the free account on myself, I don't know which other user should I designate. That's why I asked here

I don't know that seems to be a feature for admins I am not an admin, I have just a free account and I want completely delete it

This deletion flow simply doesn't work.
There is no cancel subscription button.
There is no functional way to delete the sbuscription.
There is no functional way to delete my account.
