I got this error when I tried to delete my account
I don't have any suscription!!
I can't even contact an human thought chat!!

Did you previously have subscriptions to Atlassian products? If so did you recently cancel those subscriptions? It can take some time for a cancellation request to be fully processed, and in the interim you may still be recorded as a billing admin for those subscriptions.
if you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and check the Apps > Atlassian Apps and Billing sections, and https://admin.atlassian.com/billing, and review the material there do you find any apps mentioned?
