Hello, I wan't to delete my account, but I keep getting this message which won't let me.
I don't have any active subscriptions. If anyone of the Atlassian team sees this please delete my account.
Thanks.
Hi @이승준
Because this involves specific billing adjustments or manual site restoration, The Atlassian Billing and Licensing team will need to handle this.
- To get this resolved, please follow these steps to create a support ticket:
- Open a browser in Incognito/Private mode (this is important to ensure you aren't automatically logged into the suspended account).
- Go to the Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian.
- Under How can we help you?, select Quotes and Plan Changes.
- Under Choose a topic, select Change cloud plan.
- Fill in the details.
- If the message box isn't visible, click on “Need more help?” to make the description field and submit button appear.
In your description, please explain the situation and include a link to this forum post so the agent has all the context.

Hi @이승준 !
I completely understand how frustrating this can be when you just want to delete your account!
The most common reason account deletion gets blocked is having active subscriptions tied to it (and yes, free plans count as active subscriptions too).
To resolve this quickly:
Certain built-in products (like Atlassian Rovo) cannot be removed manually by users. If you see those or run into any errors, you'll need to reach out directly to Atlassian Support via the Billing, payments, and pricing section so they can help clean them up for you.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
Thank you for responding.
I managed to find the free apps thing like the image down below.
But I couldn't find cancel or deactivate buttons.

Hi @이승준 !
Ah, I see! If you're seeing the free apps listed there but don't have the option to cancel or deactivate them, it usually means those specific built-in apps or products can't be removed manually through the self-service interface.
In this case, since the portal won't let you cancel them yourself, your best path forward is to open a quick request with Atlassian Support under the Billing, payments, and pricing section. The support team will be able to manually clear those active apps and unblock the account deletion process for you.
Hope this clears things up and helps you get it sorted!
