I am still in the "I'M NEW HERE" bracket and I am unsure as to why.

Hi all, sorry to bother, but I am a little stuck.

I don't understand why I haven't ranked up, as I have

• 25 Total posts

I checked the details on this at: How-to-become-a-Rising-Star and I have the 3 posts required to be a member. And I have 5+ likes as well, so should I be a contributor? 

I appreciate any advice on this, I may be missing something or maybe I am still too new. Thanks to everyone in advance.

After trying everything I could, I contacted communitymanagers@atlassian.com and they fixed it within a matter of minutes, so a big thank you to the person/people who helped s quickly.
