How to set up email domains for domains hosted on Namecheap

I tried setting up my domain as a sending email domain in Atlassian. I've had some issues. It's unable to verify my DNS records.

Would anyone be able to help me out with this? Perhaps someone has had experience with working with Namecheap?

I made sure the values are copied over correctly, chose the correct DNS record types, and still can't seem to get it to work.
