Hi I erroneously updated my personal Atlassian account email to an organizationally managed email, this meant that all my personal work became managed by the company.
Following steps in the Atlassian docs we removed my email from the organization and waited over 24 hours for it to be released back to me (become unmanaged again). This has yet to occur and there doesn't seem to be a way for me to contact Atlassian support directly.
Anyone else solve this issue before?

If I'm not wrong, your Atlassian admin should modify your email from the Atlassian account.
