How to print out previous invoices

OMG Altassian has the WORST billing history system of ANY vendor we use.  I have tried (in vain) to get to a simple list of invoices so that I can print this out.  Yet it alludes me.  I see a billing history (not going back far enough, only three months) but it's a confusing mess. 

Can SOMEONE give me directions to navigate this mess and find a straightforward list of previous invoices to print?  

Hint to Altassian:  Business users want invoice history right in the product page NEXT TO CREDIT CARD DETAILS.  I am looking at billing details, so the CONTEXT is billing.  Look at Amazon, GoToMyPC, Microsoft, etc.. for the proper way to implement an easy-to-find invoice list.
