An administrator made a change to the SSO integration and it resulted in all accounts being disabled, which has resulted in us being unable to access our organization page or admin page. I am unable to submit a support request because the URL is not recognized as a cloud url, likely due to a past migration or our site being merged into another. I don't want to share our Org address here, but would be happy to share it on the support ticket. Please help me create a support ticket so I can get technical assistance regaining access! Contact is jpudlik@belletire.com, or alees@belletire.com

Hello @Joe P_

This case are Definitely for Support.

You can try to reach out to Atlassian Support with a no-login option.

  1. If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:
  2. Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
  3. Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
  4. Continue without logging in.
  5. Enter your email.
  6. In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
  7. Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
  8. Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
