Hi Everyone,
Previously we configured SSO with Microsoft Entra ID, which was working fine. Now we have migrated all users to different Microsoft tenant with same domain which is verified in Atlassian.
Now we are trying to setup SSO with new MS tenant but unable to login to the Atlassian cloud admin portal due to old SSO settings.
How can I regain the access and update SSO ?
Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

I have checked the ticket JST-1232870; it appears that the issue is now resolved. Admin user is able to login via SSO.

This is a user community, not the method for working with Atlassian Technical support. I see you have already mentioned a support request. That is the best way to work directly with Atlassian.

Thank you for your help in flagging this issue.
I was able to log in and create a support ticket yesterday. However, as of today, we are no longer able to log in again. We are seeking assistance on this, as access is currently blocked. So posted in the community if get help from someone.
We hope the support team will get in touch with us at the earliest to help resolve this issue.
