I don´t know our Site Admin, as it is maybe a Person who already left our company. As the new Head of Productmanagement in our company I would also like to work with Jira and please need access to our Site.
How is that possible?

As you don't know who is the site administrator or he may be left. I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support and they will help you find the Org and Site admin for your site. Make sure to create a ticket with same domain email id.
