How can I buy the Atlassian Starter License?

I cannot find a "buy" button for the 

Atlassian Starter License

Go to the pricing page for the application you want the licence.  Or install it and click "get licence" when prompted.  Or go to your my.atlassian.com account and get a new one.  In all cases, a "starter" licence is simply the lowest tier of users.
