Hi I am unable to login Jira though i reset my password ,It's asking two factor authentication

I’m having trouble logging into Jira even after resetting my password — it’s asking for two-step verification, but I’m not receiving any code on my mobile. Is there a way to skip that step? If so, please let me know and I 've tried recovery key option still I haven't received any email to reset. Could you please sort out my issue ASAP.

If you are asked this, you have setup @FA once, did you switch phones?
