If you would like a bit more help from the community here, it would be useful to know what the login error messages are - they usually indicate why you can't log in.

Hi @Sarath.Kumar.SA , welcome to the Community!

Your organization appears to have a set of valid licenses for Jira and Confluence Server, which don't expire until next year. A billing or technical contact can retrieve these licenses from my.atlassian.com and apply them to your existing Server instances if they appear to be throwing license expiration errors.

Jira and Confluence Server use a perpetual license model, in that any version released before the license term expiration can be used indefinitely. Having a valid license entitles you to upgrades, but an existing install of Jira Server or Confluence Server won't lock you out when the license term ends.

Given that these are server instances, I would recommend reaching out to someone in your IT department to see if they can assist with login. There are other factors that may be involved, such as a locked account or problems with an external user directory. Your local Jira/Confluence systems administrators would be able to troubleshoot these problems, or open a support case with Atlassian Support if they need further assistance.

Thanks,
Daniel Eads | Atlassian Community Support
