Exclude a user from SSO Policy

Dimitris Damaskos

We are about to enable SAML single sign-on policy for our organization but we need to leave at least one user that will be able to log in with a username and a password.

Am I going to be able to exclude a user that is part of my organization from a specific policy or once we Verify our Domain it will automatically include all the users that with an email address from our domain and  then when we enable SSO it will be automatically be applied to all users with no possibility of an exception?

Hi @Dimitris Damaskos ,

it is now possible to have different authentication policies with Atlassian Access, this way you can choose who has SSO enabled for example. You can read the documentation about this here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/authentication-policies-1018779823.html

Let me know if this helps,
