I've seen many versions of this question posted and in one of them the reply said to post a new question if you're having the same problem so here I am.
I am on an unmanaged personal account. I have tried to update my email address several times. I am not receiving the verification email. I have resent several times and waited more than 24 hours. I have checked the spam folder, I have no filters or blocks in place and I have checked that the new email is not associated with an existing account. I am sending and receiving other email on the new address just fine including a 6-digit authorisation to set up a new account from Atlassian.
The old email gets a notification that a change has been requested but nothing arrives in the new email address.
