Before I use the double identifications with app Atlassian. But I change my phone and I can't use this double identification. How can I put Atltassian authitificator in my new phone ?

What do you mean by Atlassian Authenticator, there is no authenticator App from Atlassian.

If this is not functioning, Reach out to the admin of your instnace to check your account.
