Deletion of my Atlassian account / removal of admin status

Does anyone know how to contact the support team? The Contact Support transfered me only further to the community and the documentation-site.

My problem is the following: I have deactivated my Loom account, but I cannot delete my Atlassian account as I am still listed as an organization admin (with me as the only user).

How can my admin status be remove and that steps do i need to take to complete the deletion? Or which adress can i take to finally get in contact with the support team?

Hello @Isabelle 

Please follow these steps to submit a support ticket:

Go to the Atlassian Support: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/

  1. Under How can we help you?, select Your account.
  2. Under Choose a topic, select Log-in issues.
  3. Scroll down and click Need more help?.
  4. Click Need more help? a second time when it appears.
  5. Input the details of your issue in the Your question box and click Submit.
