I am trying to delete an org we had created.
All apps are not active anymore (grace period expired), removeed all users from the org. No domains associated, yet the "Delete" button (under Org Profile) is still greyed out.
I am not even finding any way to contact support, it just redirects to useless articles.
The issue is that eventhough there are no apps on the org, I do not want it to show, it is confusing and not only that, I found that one of the users using Loom can see the deleted workspace (which even I do not have access to!).
Any help appreciated.
Hi @j_saade ,
You can't instantly delete an org, there is a waiting period.
Check out the graphs on this page: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/delete-your-organization/
Cheers,
Jonathan

@Jonathan Smith @j_saade
How much is the waiting period?
I signed up for a bitbucket account using my work email account. Upon completion of the process, I noticed I was added to an org that I don't know, but according to the news, has been acquired by the (much much larger) parent company I work for a few years ago. IT turns out I never should have signed up at atlassian directly, as we use an internally deployed BitBucket solution.
