For account deletion - https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences

Please note you may not be able to delete if you are assigned as technical or billing contact. The delete message itself says you the details. 

You can also set email preferences - https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email if you change your mind/like to keep it :)
