Delete biometrics4all-team account

I am trying to delete my organization called 'biometrics4all-team' in admin.atlassian.com. I keep getting the error: 'Your organization has apps that you need to remove before deleting it.' However, the only apps listed under Atlassian Apps are built-in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Goals, Projects, Rovo, Jira Administration) which I cannot remove. There are no third-party apps installed. I need help deleting this organization and its associated site (biometrics4all-team.atlassian.net).

I have another organization called biometrics4all. Please do not delete that account as that is the org that our team is working out of. Please only delete biometrics4all-team.

Hello @Steve Kim, we require you to remove all your apps (and verified domains, if you have any) before you can delete your organization. You can follow these instructions to do so: Remove domains and apps from your organization.

You'll need to contact our support team to help you cancel any annual subscriptions and Rovo.

Please keep in mind that you won't be able to delete your organization immediately after you cancel your subscriptions. When you cancel a subscription, a grace period applies before the app is completely deleted. A timeline is outlined in the article linked above.
