Hi @MB !
I completely understand how frustrating this can be when you just want to delete your account!
The most common reason account deletion gets blocked is having active subscriptions tied to it (and yes, free plans count as active subscriptions too).
To resolve this quickly:
Certain built-in products (like Atlassian Rovo) cannot be removed manually by users. If you see those or run into any errors, you'll need to reach out directly to Atlassian Support via the Billing, payments, and pricing section so they can help clean them up for you.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately that dont work. Ive deleted the organization and when i go to ../billing Im asked to create a new organization.
If I go to: https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my/
I see all past(expired) licenses.
There is one Bitbucket(Cloud) which is still active, but when I tried to Manage that subscription Im redirected to https://bitbucket.org. Regardless which browser or device Im using I get:
Ive also tried to archive that subscription. Still not allowed to delete the account.
