I cannot delete my Atlassian account, every time it gives me the same error. In the bottom left of the screen it says "it has been not possible to delete your account", or the second image informing me that there are billing I am not aware of because I have not given any payment infomrations. I am not able to contact Atlassian support to have it sorted out.
Can someone help me contact the support?
You likely have an organization or a site tied to your account as a billing contact. Even though you are not paying anything you would still have to delete this first, then you could delete your account.
Before you can delete an organization
You must complete the following steps before you can delete the organization:
We recommend you back up any data that you want to keep.
Cancel all app subscriptions for each site in your organization.
Remove all domains and apps from your site. You can’t directly cancel certai apps, like Rovo and Atlassian Guard, you need to contact Atlassian support to request removal.
Wait for the required retention period (usually 14–60 days, depending on the app or site).
To delete your organization:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Confirm that all associated sites have been permanently deleted.
Select Organization settings > Profile.
Select Delete organization.

It normally takes about 15 days.
