I cannot delete my account because "User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements." I have no active subscription. This is not a work account. Can someone please tell me the contact details of Atlassian CS? Thanks!

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Did you previously have subscriptions to Atlassian products? If so, did you cancel them recently?

If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and look at the Billing page does it show any subscriptions? If you look in the Apps > Atlassian Apps page does it show any subscriptions?

If you recently cancelled subscriptions it can take some time for Atlassian to fully process the cancellation and permanently delete the subscription data. In the interim you would still appear as a billing admin for the subscriptions.

Hi,

Thank you for responding. I had a free trial of the premium Loom service but this ran out a few weeks ago. Do you know how long it will take for Atlassian to fully process this?

I do not know how long it will take for Atlassian to fully process this.

Have you double checked through https://admin.atlassian.com under Apps > Atlassian Apps to confirm no active subscription is shown there? And also have you check https://admin.atlassian.com/billing to review billing profiles to see if any active or inactive subscriptions are listed under you billing profiles?

Loom is a bit different than the Atlassian subscriptions I usually work with (Jira, JSM, Confluence) so I am less knowledgable about how that works. I previously found some information related to Loom, cancelling subscriptions, and deleting one's user account. Have you already gone through all the steps here?
