Deactivated Users still are still shown in the People Directory

Hi,

We have user profiles which are not active anymore. Because they had some actions on confluence, it is not possible, to delete them.

Therefore, we deactivate this users.

After deactivation, the users still apear in the people directory and on the count of users for the license.

They also apear in the share dialoge on pages, when somebody whants to share content.

Is this a bug?

additionally we have the same Problem for Users from the Confluence Internal Directory!

Need some help pls!
