Hi Atlassian team,

Our team uses Trello every day, but today we received an email from do-not-reply@trello.com stating that our account has been inactive for over two years. This is incorrect.

The email asks us to log in with info@secretrooms.nl before November 25, 2025, or our Trello data will be deleted.

Could you confirm whether this message is legitimate and why we received it despite using the account daily? We want to ensure no data is removed by mistake.

Could you please ensure that nothing happens to our account?

Hi @Alex 

If you are using this specific account to log in everyday, then I would double check if the email received is legitimate. Trello.com is similar to treIIo.com (one is spelled with L whereas the other with an I). If you are on a paid plan, then kindly raise a request to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

I agree with Alex here - it has the smell of a scam mail, especially if you haven't received this mail before (warning you well in advance). Usually, scam mails try to urge you to act without thinking much further.
