Cannot delete Atlassian account - last billing admin + Managed by Atlassian products

Hi,

I need help permanently deleting my Atlassian account.

Someone created this account using my Gmail without my permission. I never created it.

When I try to delete the account I get this error:
"User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions."

I already removed Loom successfully.
The remaining products that I cannot cancel (they show as "Managed for you by Atlassian") are:

- Rovo credits (Included Usage)
- Teams (Free)
- Goals (Free) – https://bruninfod4.atlassian.net
- Projects (Free) – https://bruninfod4.atlassian.net

I already contacted support by email explaining the situation, but I still cannot delete the account.

Please help remove these free entitlements / billing admin lock so I can delete the account.

Thank you for the reply.

I have already contacted Atlassian Support multiple times (both through the purchasing-licensing form and by email). Every time the system either redirects me to self-service documentation or tells me to delete the account myself.

The problem is that I cannot delete the account because of the "last billing admin" error caused by free products that show as "Managed for you by Atlassian" (Goals, Projects, Teams and Rovo credits). There is no cancel button available for these products.

Could you please escalate this to the Billing team or advise another way to get a human to remove these entitlements?
