Cannot Receive Verification Email

Hello! I am trying to switch the email associated with my account, but I am not receiving any verification emails in the new account.

Would it be possible to open a support ticket on my behalf so I can supply the email address in question?

Is there anyway to open a support ticket directly rather than having one opened on my behalf, as this issue is still outstanding.

Do you have someone who can check the email audit (System > Admin email audit) in Jira? With that, there's no need to include Atlassian support.

We do not use Jira and do not have the "System > Admin email audit" section in the admin panel.

Yes, the issue is that I cannot log in to Bitbucket as it requires a verification code sent via email, but the email never arrives.

I have attempted to log in to Confluence with the account in question and the same issue occurs.

This is because your email was added to the surpressed list from Atlassian side in order to prevent spam. To solve this, you need to raise a support ticket from here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
