I cannot delete my account. this shouldnt be that hard. @Jessica can you delete my account as well. I get the "You cant delete your account because... user is last billing admin of transaction etc.

you are seeing this message because your account is probably still tied to active subscription. For billing continuity, you cannot delete your profile while you are the last assigned billing admin.
So I believe you have only two possibilities - assign a new billing admin or delete your subscription first.
