Can we Authenticate Atlassian Products like confluence, jira, bitbucket with AWS Cognito as an IDP?

We are considering purchasing Atlassian Products for our "X" client. I believe there are two versions of Atlassian products mentioned below:

1. Cloud
2. Data Centre (Self managed and hosted)

All our users are currently sitting in AWS Cognito's User Pool. We would like to authenticate our Bitbucket, Confluence and Jira using AWS Cognito as our primary Identity Provider using OIDC i.e. local Cognito login not the federated login that takes the users to another IDP.

We would like to do this without a plugin from Atlassian Marketplace like mini-orange and 

kantega. We are even considering implementing our own Marketplace tool.

Is this possible? I believe the Cloud and Data Center support for AWS Cognito differs. Which version of Atlassian products support the best integration with AWS Cognito.
