Can't set up G Suite sync for new organization

I am trying to set up G Suite sync for my organization for Confluence Cloud, but I'm stuck on a page that says

We could not retrieve information for this organization. Refresh the page to try again.

I have tried refreshing and logging in to an incognito window. Neither helped.

The error message went away after a little while.
