Can't set up 2FA because I created my account with google

Hey, I want to set up 2FA for my Atlassian account but I need a password as verification to set it up. Since I made my account with google and log in with google I can't do that, because I have no password. What do I need to fill in when setting up 2FA so I can still use the same account?

Hi @Bela Borsboom 

I think you can use a google email address but you can't use a Google login.

I went thru something similar just a couple of days ago.

I changed my password Atlassian Account password.

I disconnected my Google account with Confluence (Atlassian) account - you do that in your Google Account settings.

Then I set up my 2FA.

(Optional: As my Atlassian account still displayed Google Account association, I got in touch with Atlassian Support and they removed that association manually on their end.)
