Hi,
I have a problem with my company account.This is my personal account just to ask a question since I cannot login my other account.
After our company moving from gmail to outlook I am not able to login my account.When I try to login it is asking me to enter OTP from email but email never arrives in my mailbox.
And when I try to recover my account also not getting any emails from Atlassian side.
I need help on the matter.

I can see that is looks this this has been resolved around the ~3rd March. The issue looks to be related to the email being on the suppression list that i can see was removed.
Emails look to be flowing as per expected since then.
