Hello, i can't login to my other account.
(i created this account to create a support ticket)
It says it sends a code to my email, but the email never arrives.
My Bitbucket repo page is
bitbucket.org GnomeEU
Is my email account on suppression list maybe?

Emails are now showing delivered on our side. Can you please double-check the SPAM/Trash box?

I have the same problem with my company account.This is my personal account just to ask a question since I cannot login my other account.
After our company moving from gmail to outlook I am not able to login my account.When I try to login it is asking me to enter OTP from email but email never arrives in my mailbox.
And when I try to recover my account also not getting any emails from Atlassian side.
I need help on the matter.

Maybe they fixed something.
