Can't login

I can't login. You ask for email, I give it, you say you have sent an email to me but it doesn't come in. I've checked spam & all other. Nothing. This is very serious because I can take company's phone call or make calls.

I can't login in at all.

I am having a similar problem. I am logged in on my phone. Therefore I can get on here, but I work from my laptop. I can’t get in. It tells me I need a code. I don’t get an email. I try and use the recovery code and it just resets the code. I can’t get in and I REALLY need to be able to get to my boards.

I can see the account used to post to community must be able to login. 

Is there perhaps a different account you are trying to login to?  Please let me know either the email address or the account id, and from there I can possibly create a support case on your behalf.
