I've added Google Workspace Identity Provider a few days ago just for testing and now I need to disconnect it.
When I click on Disconnect link I receive pop-up message "Before you can disconnect your Google identity provider, you need to...".
But in my Identity Provider settings I have no options to view or delete SAML and user provisioning configurations.
I haven't Atlassian Guard subscription and can't link this domain to local directory. When I try to do this I receive an error:
How can I disconnect this IDP without subscribe to Atlassian Guard?
All managed users from this IDP's domain has been already unclaimed.
You could try activating an Atlassian Guard trial to access the SAML, policies, and other resources required for the deletion.
Cheers, Martin
Yep, that’s the thing I thought of at. :)
But first, I decided to ask here; perhaps there is a simpler way.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You might want to see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ACCESS-2255 and https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ACCESS-1401
It looks like without Atlassian Guard, you can’t do it, so the attempt fails.
May be a known case and I recommend you to contact Atlassian support.
